1. Work out how permanent your move is\nlikely to be.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

One of the first considerations when\nrelocating is how permanent your move is likely to be. If you\u2019re moving for\npersonal reasons, such as to be closer to family, you may have made the\ndecision to make a permanent move. If you are relocating for work, perhaps for\na new job or a secondment, you may be unsure whether the move is temporary or\nlong-term. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you expect your relocation to be\nshort-term or you’re uncertain about how long you\u2019ll stay, renting a property\ncould be a wise first step.
