Inverness has\nconsistently scored highly for quality of life and happiness of residents in\nrecent years and economic growth in the area has also been high.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\naverage house price in Inverness over the last 12 months was \u00a3204,804. Ever so\nslightly more expensive than the Highlands region overall (\u00a3199,324), but still\noffering excellent value in comparison to pricey Nethy Bridge (\u00a3353,672), Acharacle\n(\u00a3263,333) or Fortrose (\u00a3257,134).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All homebuyer tastes are also catered for,\nwith Victorian and Edwardian properties in Crown in the centre of the city, stone-built\ndetached houses in southwest Ballifeary and modern developments in Holm to the\nsouth of the city. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But\nwhat is it actually like to live in Inverness? The station\u2019s main services include Barassie,\nCamelon and Dunlop with direct\nconnections to Aberdeen also running frequently.
